At Leif’s we partner with hotels, resorts, restaurants and experience-led concepts to develop brand identities, campaigns and content that feel as refined as they are resonant.
No. o1
We’re full-service in the way it matters: big-picture thinkers, detail-obsessed creatives, and strategic partners who care as much about your brand as you do.
No. o2
Great hospitality never goes out of style. We build enduring brand identities and thoughtful marketing for hotels, resorts, restaurants and destinations. Always in good taste.
No. o3
Named for the spirit of Leif—the heir, the explorer—our agency is rooted in a reverence for legacy and a hunger for what’s next. We don’t reinvent for the sake of it—we refine, reveal, and reimagine what’s already great.
What sets us apart
10+ years in LUXURY isn’t a footnote — it’s your competitive advantage.
small on purpose, selective by design, and personal in every partnership.
WE're NOT Just creating content, We're curating meaningful experiences.
rooted in the classic elegance of hospitality itself... but isn’t afraid to push boundaries.
Hi, I'm Erica Vermeer. Founder of Leif's. I started in journalism, where obsessing over every detail and telling stories that matter became second nature. That love of storytelling took me to luxury hospitality, where I spent 10+ years building teams and crafting campaigns for big names. Now, I work agency-side, transforming hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle brands into unforgettable experiences with storytelling that captivates and campaigns that convert.
Favorite resort to unwind? Fairmont Mayakoba.
Favorite winter hotel? Sonnenalp in Vail.
Favorite summer hotel? Fairmont Banff.
Favorite travel experience? A tie between an Italian cooking class at Farmhouse Le Caggiole—an agriturismo in Tuscany—and a boat tour of the breathtaking fjords of Bergen, Norway.
Favorite restaurant? Stone Brewery in Escondido.
I’m a mom to two little firecrackers, a simple soul who loves sub sandwiches and Airstream camping, but also a bougie girl who can’t resist a good spa day (thank you, hospitality life) and owns a million pairs of shoes. When I’m not chasing my daughters, I’m collecting vintage Christmas ornaments, getting lost in a good book, or watching Sister Wives.
I don’t know the secret to happiness, but I do know I’ve never seen a sad person in a Mexican restaurant.
PEOPLE do not buy GOODS & SERVICES. THEY buy RELATIONS, STORIES & MAGIC.
